You will arrive at the schedule of the vehicle with the maximum availability of an extension.
Please note, this information is provisional and not binding in time, as the vehicle may be reserved by another user.
We advise you to make the extension as soon as availability allows it in order to keep the vehicle.
Once the new date and time are selected, you will be presented with additional mileage.
This mileage may include your current overage. You will have to pay at the time of the extension your excess so that your plan is updated.
Once the payment has been made, you must refresh the DRIVE page to update the data.
If after updating, the date and time are not updated, it means that your payment has not been successful, and you must carry out a new operation.
In the event of payment failure, the extension will not be taken into account and the return of the vehicle will remain at the time initially scheduled.
It is possible that the extension is not possible because the agent of your vehicle is full. We ask you under these conditions to return the vehicle as planned. You can then rebook a new vehicle.
